There were a couple minor issues with the room amenities; bathroom heater, cold tile floor. Aside from that, everything else was great; location of the inn to local eateries and in general, great staff, easy check-in/out. "

My son left his ski jacket in the room when we checked out. When we realized it many hours later and contacted the front desk, they were able to locate the jacket immediately and worked with an outside contractor (ILeftMyStuff.com) to box it up and send it back to my son via UPS.
