The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. "The hotel was clean and room was well presented. We used the facilities at the Health Club and we enjoyed that. We have a plant-based diet and we found that plant-based options were very limited at dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again "

"The stay at this hotel was lovely. The room was beautiful and comfy and had a view of the wolves from the window. The cleaniness of the room was average, the shelves in the bathroom had alot of dust on them and under the bed had alot of dust but overall, the room was lovely. There was an issue with the tele in room and within 10 minutes of reporting the issue, there were 2 guys who came to fix it. A great stay."
