「We loved everything about this property! Our apartment was spacious and the kitchen had practically everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful. We were able to walk to a train station and a ferry to cross the river into Schmilka, which was absolutely adorable by the way! 「離市中心有點遠，但介紹上說明會提供車位，第一次到德累斯頓的我們才選了這裡。房間有點舊，浴室很暗，枕頭扁平得仿如無物。下午check in後就駕車到市中心遊玩，晚上九時左右返回酒店，發現酒店的戶外車位已滿了，於是向前枱小姐求助，她只冷冷地回應沒辦法，唯有泊進地下停車場，但要7 euro 一晚，兩個都是酒店的停車場，我不明白為何一個免費一個要付費，很古怪的政策；然後她建議我們可嘗試泊在附近的小街，但不保證會否被抄罰單！差不多的價錢其實可以租住市中心的酒店，而市中心附近街道的泊車位晚上反而是免費的，自駕遊的朋友可以留意一下，不用為了車位而租這間偏遠又沒賣點的酒店」

「Mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Bastei und Rauensteine wohnt man hier in absoluter Ruhe auf einem lichten Hochplateau über Rathen. Alles sieht neu aus und ist sehr gut gepflegt. "剛好飯店在火車站對面左邊..拉行李.3分鐘就到了.街道乾淨..到景點區/聖母堂.溫茲格宮等.王宮..只要搭電車7號.約10分鐘內可到達景點區/溫茲格宮.歌劇院.王宮很方便..因為「電車站」.就在門前方向..所以偶爾會聽到「電車」駛過.但不會吵..沒有汽車經過..晚上9點後人較少..可能因為冬天遊客少了點..很安靜櫃檯人員熱心告知要搭的電車.也可寄放行李 16坪空間適合..有床燈.桌燈.沒有天花板電燈.有點小暗..但無妨礙"

Excellent Location, needs more communication

"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night. Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."
