"Communication prior to arrival wasnt great but we found that with all of companies we dealt with from NYC. However, when we arrived we had 3 rooms which they managed to get all together as requested, which was brilliant and appreciated. All 3 rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with slightly different layouts. All staff, except one receptionist, were friendly and helpful. One lift was extremely temperamental but was fixed during our stay. The coffee shop was nice and the coffee good, no...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This hotel was the perfect location for transit, for theatre visits and for sightseeing. The hotel is comfy, quiet and our room was fairly spacious. As a mother traveling with a teenage daughter I appreciated how safe it was. There was a friendly doorman and in the evenings there were staff in the lobby and the elevators. The hotel is a bit tired looking but it didn’t detract from the charm of the place. We will definitely stay here again. "
