There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year."

"I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else...

Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament."

"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"The location by the beach was so romantic for early morning walks. The room with the patio was SUPER beachy cute. And don't get me started on the AMAZING water pressure in the shower! I jad a hard time getting out it was so good! The live music was great and we were able to listen from the patio. Our morning started with coffee on the patio and that walk on the beach. Then progressed to the heated pool. The staff were all very nice and professional. We arrived early and were given bands to enjoy the resort while we waited for our room which was ready 2 hours early! This place is a little gem. We will definitely be back for our next anniversary!"
