「Property was great pool staff is amazing ! Only reason I gave 4 stars because if you want extend your room because your flight leaves at 8pm they have no facility nor room to change and cleanup after your flight. Food was incredible rooms are amazing. Glass on a balcony very dirty done expect to enjoy coffee outside in the morning with a nice view. Everything is price bring your money lots of it. 」

「We had a wonderful experience and will return. The hotel is on the beach and has a pool, hot tub, restaurant, and the most amazing live music. The two things that bothered us a bit were that the live performance went on until midnight at-least but the use of the hot tub was only until 9pm. Also the water was not hot. It was only luke warm. 「The property was located within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hall and adjacent rooms. The rooms are basic but met our needs. The bathroom was old and mold caulk noted around the shower. Water pooled into the bathroom every time we showered. 」

「This hotel is great! 2nd stay here. Super location, very central to the beach and the main strip where all the restaurants etc are. Clean, super comfortable beds, and a great staff! Duncan, Devin, Brandon and the coffee ladies in the lobby, and Jeremy and the Ops Manager lady, whose name I am embarrassed I cannot recall, are just SO friendly and so helpful. We’ll be back!」

「This is our favorite hotel in Clearwater Beach. We typically stay on the Springhill Suites side but stayed on the Residence Inn side this time and the room was so much bigger and the kitchen was fantastic. We were quite a distance from the lobby but the room was so nice we didn't even care. The included breakfast is always fantastic and a $$ saver for a family trip! They put new lounge chairs with comfy cushions and there was live music by the pool which was fantastic. We could hear the music...
