"The apartment itself is nice. It’s roomy and accommodating. Our family of five had plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. However, the traffic outside is so loud. We heard people yelling from the streets, cars driving and backfiring and inexplicable banging noises at literally all hours of the night. Parking is in a lot behind the building and is only $12/day, but it expires at 6am, so we had to get up early every morning to pay for the day. The building...

"The fact that there is ABSOLUTELY no human element here is a shame. A historic site like this one should have a warm and friendly host to greet. Everything is online and barely so. Phone numbers given do not work, no return call from our message. We were one attemp (of four) from just going to the Courtyard across the street but finally figured out how to get our access code. Also, a charming old hotel does not need to have bedding, towels, and hair that are also 100 years old!?!? "
