Bourbon Street (not so much- unless you're one of the young, obnoxious drunks), I would say this hotel would be a gem if the rooms were updated. a little paint and caulk would go a long way. 「This is an older charming hotel on the quiet end of the French Quarter- it was clean, a great value for the price. We had a room that had no window, so be specific as to the type of room you want. There are very narrow stairs to the upstairs rooms so if that’s an issue- don’t pick those.」

Everyone at this property was so welcoming and offered to bring whatever we needed to our suite. Bonus: everything is within walking distance (10-15 min walk).
