"Left my phone in my room, call and immediately staff found my phone and lock it up while i made a call to fedEx to pick up my phone. Thank you so must phone i didn't really care but the content in it qas valuable, so staff when over and above their duty! Great place and honest and very helpful. Thank Tina"

"From the moment we were greeted at check in to checking out we had a lovely experience. Driving up the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, I didnt catch their names but the two ladies on check in were lovely, friendly, chatty and very welcoming. We’re clearly told about the bar, restaurant, other facilities and how to get to our room. Everywhere was really clean and in the lift up to the room we noticed there was a scan barcode we could use to book our support transportation for the next day. Everything was easy and the room was beautiful, very spacious and clean, we had views of the Porsche race track from our room which was cool. We really enjoyed the bar upstairs on the rooftop watching the planes come in specially in the evening when the whole area is lit up and the dj was playing. The staff at the rooftop bar who made us cocktails were also lovely. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back"

"overall the place is very clean and beautiful. only con is the parking they don't provide free parking but there is parking beside the hotel which is $22 per day I wish it stated in the booking process that they don't provide free parking in the beginning so that I include that in my expenses."

"The hotel, rooms and service was great overall. Some staff did seem over worked though. In particular, the staff hosting breakfast. Special shout out to Bryan who took great care of us during dinner. He’s excellent! Very knowledgeable and accommodating."
