"The walls are very thin and there were loud kids next door for the first 2 nights. Even reported it to tell front desk but they were still loud. Couldn't sleep in the room and had to sleep on the pullout couch and shut bedroom door so it didnt sound like they were in the room with us. There wasnt a frying pan and took 2 days get one. "The room was very clean. The bathroom was a great size and very clean. We had a problem with the bath not changing to a shower and called downstairs and maintenance was up to our room less than 2 minutes later and fixed it. The front desk employees were very nice and so were the maintenance employees. The indoor pool was well maintained and great for my kids. It went up to 4ft deep so it wasn’t too deep for my 10 & 12 year old. We will definitely be back! "

"We recently enjoyed a fantastic family vacation with our two teenagers at this hotel. The location is perfect, just steps away from the ocean, and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed. The beach was stunning and pleasantly uncrowded, making it a peaceful retreat. Our kids even got up early twice to watch the sunrise (yes, teenagers!). The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook some meals and save money. The facility also has an indoor pool and a hot tub, which I made good use...

"Condo was clean and close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. "

"Great location, property is good for families as it has a full kitchen. It’s basic but at the beach you just need a property that is clean and in a good location. The mattress could definitely use updating. The fresh popcorn is a nice touch. There was an issue with my unit leaking down into the unit below while I was in the bath and maintenance had entered my unit . It could have been handled better instead of pounding on the bathroom door."

"I come every year and Steve never looks any older! Great stay, super comfortable and convenient with 7/11, Walgreens and dining options steps away. I walked to the beach and never moved my car. Kitchenette is unequipped so bring, plates, cups, cutlery etc if you need them. I’ll be back!"

"We stayed here while on a trip to Busch Gardens. It was a great stay. The only issue we had was a toilet that would not stop running, but we could not hear it with the bathroom door shut. I reported it to the staff the next morning. Other than that, it was a great experience and we would stay here again. "
