"The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She knew the local area and provided suggestions of what stores and restaurants would be open in this 'off-season' time. The location was in walking distance to many restaurants and the show we came to see at the Hampton Beach Casino. I loved the ocean view balcony but didn't use it as the day was cool."

We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. "There was a rip in the sliding door screen upon my arrival to the room. I took a pic and told the front desk ckerk. This did not affect my peaceful quiet stay. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything you need to cook too...Pool looked great but it was windy, too cold for me. The porch deck was comfortable with all their great furniture."
