"Such a quaint New England Inn with all the modern amenities. Breakfast was great, staff wonderful. Restaurant dinner was delicious. We had the fish and chips early bird special. Will definitely be going back. 😊 "

"This place is awesome!! We were delighted the instant we opened the door to our room. Although we didn’t have the Oceanview, the marsh view was still nice. The suite was bright, CLEAN, and extremely inviting. The high ceilings were a nice touch. The smart TV allowed us to binge on a few of our favorite shows. Happy to see a keurig coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable. We came for an overnight girls trip and will DEFINITELY be back. We may make this our new February vacation girls getaway place. So happy to have found this gem!!!!"

"I nice, clean, inexpensive option in Hampton. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors, but everyone was respectful and noise quieted by 10pm. Would definitely recommend this motel."

"We loved the location - and the price! Enjoyed having our coffee on our patio with a great view of the ocean. When you live in Texas -- being near the ocean- well there is nothing like it!"

"Booked last minute for the half marathon and the staff were so friendly and they let us keep our car there for the race, made the entire day so much easier. No complaints, but our room was missing a lightbulb and the tv remote wasn’t working, but hopefully they can get around to fixing that. Not a big deal though, it was very clean! 🙂"
