"We use this hotel to visit our kid who goes to OSU. It works for us, and we haven't had any issues. The staff is always lovely."

"Two relatively minor things weren't great...there was more hallway noise if someone was talking as they walked by, and the coffee in the lobby area was not "real" coffee...a vending machine that dispensed per individual order. The room coffee wasn't any better. But the rooms were comfy, tv channels were generous in selection, and everything else was top notch. Most of all, though, major kudos for accepting multiple dogs. Thank you for that!!!!"

"Have stayed several times. Like that they have real keys! This is our go-to when we visit Eugene. My one recommendation is to upgrade the pillows. Otherwise no complaints. Good service, pet friendly, breakfast is good enough."

"Nice property close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our suite was spacious with two queens and a pull out bed. Rooms were clean and bathroom was updated, though on the smaller side. Wish there was a small table in living room area for dining, etc. Free breakfast was solid, with eggs, bacon and DIY Belgian waffles, plus other typical continental options. Dog friendly with grassy area by entrance and pick up bags. "

"Unfortunately, they removed the microwaves from all of the rooms. I let them know that that was an extreme inconvenience and not a very understandable thing for them to be doing, and that it would be a deal breaker for me in the future and that I would not be back, after multiple previous stays. The manager himself brought a microwave to my room the next day, and he was very nice and sympathetic, and I really appreciated it. Sadly, I still will not be back though if they really are doing away with microwaves like this. I will pay more elsewhere for a room that does have one. "
