"Nice stay I was in a new suite but the shower room toilet was kinda cold maybe not insulated properly had to leave door open for heat to come in. They did not replace my linens the next day I had to ask for them. Also on the morning of the last day of my stay heard kids being loud at 645 am till 730 or so and messing around one of the kids may have been rough with the other one I heard something like your hurting me. "My family of four had a wonderful stay here. It's located very close to Elk Mountain, only 20 minutes away. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. "Location is great, easy access to hwy, school and shopping. Staff is very nice. Bathroom needs a refresh. Room door does not give patrons a safe feel, as there are pry marks. The door has issues closing properly without a good push. The secondary locking mechanism is bent. They can definitely do better clearing the snow and ice in the parking lot. "
