"The hotels reception staff and the room itself was amazing, albeit when using the glass lift, areas of the hotel seriously need cleaning. As it was a special occasion (hubby's milestone birthday), we'd book to dine in the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill which we were exceptionally disappointed in and certainly WOULDN'T recommend dining in there. Not only had they run out of fillet steak (first quarter of the menu), then we heard they'd run out of sirloin steak when another couple came...
