"The room was clean enough. A couple of noticeable items: the bathroom exhaust vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned or wiped down in months. The sink mirror trim is stained, probably from time. Overall we were fine with the hotel and would use it again should the need arise."

"Comfortable beds, friendly staff, quiet rooms. I was there for a week and the breakfast choices got old. (Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot instant cereal.) That’s really my only complaint. "

"My family has been staying at this same Fairfield every summer and some winter trips for years We love the convenience and affordability. The free breakfast helps get the day started faster. Heated pool is wonderful for winter months. Not beach front but very easy access through private walkway . We love our stays here and will continue 🌴"

"We enjoy this hotel. It was recently remodeled so it is clean. Breakfast was great too. Service at front desk is great. HOwever, we found out the hard way that rooms on part of the 3rd floor allow smoking. So, someone was smoking dope on 3rd floor room which managed to come into our room. The smell was too much to handle. The front desk did offer to move us to another room, which we accepted. Why would a hotel allow smoking in the rooms if they know it will make its way to other rooms....

"The lady who checked me in was wonderful. She really went the extra mile to resolve my situation. Thank you. The room is wonderful: spacious, clean, quiet, and I love the ocean side balcony. The restaurant is closed this week, so I won't get to sample that. The hot tub was nicely warm and felt good. Yes, I would stay here again. "
