「You’ll have to ask for bathing towels. But everything was decent. I have enjoy my stay.」

「We took a quick Spring Break trip and the property was clean and it’s so much in walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again! 」

「We had an issue with our reservation and man at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us another room and we were so greatful to him and how much he cared about us being able to enjoy our trip.」

「We had to wait 30 minutes after check in for our room to be ready. We were told the room was still being cleaned. 」

「The property is older but so clean. It has so much to offer with 3 pools, hot tub, and right on the gulf. It’s within walking distance to shops and so many restaurants. It’s a busy location but not overly. They offer family activities (free book lunch one day, movie night on the sun deck, sandcastle building contest) that make the stay so much more then we anticipated it to be. We were really happy with our stay and have recommended it to friends and family. 」

「Be sure to pay extra for oceanfront and you won’t hear a thing! Not updated, but clean and close to Pier Park. 」

「There was freshly made omelettes, but there was only one omelette maker each morning so the line for that was very long at least 20 people deep. Overall, Embassy suites is my favorite hotel to stay there. It’s in a perfect location, access to amenities and restaurants and things to do and right across the street from the pier.」

「Nice, clean, location was perfect for shopping and the beach. Staff very friendly. 」

「Only issue we found were the resort bracelets they require you to wear on property are difficult to remove if tightened too much. And a hassle to take on and off. Would have preferreed a rubber bracelet option or something easier to remove. Also the pool bar is not open long and would be a big draw to some if it was more utilized. Overall the condo was wonderful, clean and comfy. Would definitely book here again.」

「When booking i spoke with a lady over phone at 5am to do a early check in. She stated it would be a $50 charge. When getting there it was a young man with dread really really nice and he assisted excellent customer service and didnt charge for early check-in. He also stated whoever was there at 5am working pick and choose who she wants to charge for early check-in which isnt right. If you gonna charhe charge everyone not some. But overall the young man made my check-in perfect 」

「We enjoyed ourselves . The only thing was the elevator . We were lucky to be on the 4th floor so we used the stairs more than the elevator . The best time to use the elevator is early mornings. 」
