However, the staff were very friendly and professional and the food (breakfast) was of excellent quality (and quantity). It's a shame that there is no lift in the building, which makes less accessible for people with a disability. However, I'd definitely recommend the hotel."

"The hotell is incredibly hard to get hold of all calls go to a automated switchboard, and even when leaving several messages to arrange check-in I did not recieve a call back. They cancelled my reservation on short notice due to unforseen circumstances and asked me to cancel the reservation with hotel.com, without so much as an apology. Obviously i did not stay with them and i was less than impressed by my experience"
