The Vegan Plum downtown is excellent, as is the ice cream place across the street on the corner. An unannounced planned maintenance power outage by PG & E was a wrinkle for a couple hours the last morning (someone flipped an extra switch), but the grocery diagonally across the street had even better flax muffins and the hotel still had hard boiled eggs. (awesome oatmeal topping selection)....
