"I was in a corner room, nice and quiet. My view was the mountains so I can't complaint. Room was clean everyday I came in. The viewhouse was behind the hotel so I had a chance to watch some basketball games dinner and a couple drinks without worrying about driving. Great stay!"

"After getting ill upon arrival, I was trying, but not succeeding, to give myself sustenance. The wonderful staff noticed and checked in on me. They even brought me a Gatorade, Life Water and electrolytes. I was able to recover in 24 hours. My vacation was saved by their generous actions."

"The only thing is the parking spots are smaller so if you have a bigger vehicle you will need to park on the street.But other then that the hotel was nice and comfortable "

I was in town under very difficult circumstances—my father had been in a tragic train accident that left him paralyzed. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The restaurant staff, especially the morning crew, provided top-tier hospitality. One lady in particular (I regret not catching her name) even took care of my bill one morning—a gesture that meant so much. Housekeeping was equally amazing. They kept my room immaculate and even left a care package in my room, which was such a thoughtful and much-needed surprise. It showed that they truly cared, not just about my stay but also about what I was going through. The hotel itself was safe, clean, and top-notch. The location felt secure, and the rooms were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to rest during such a difficult time. While the standard rating is five stars, I’d give them TEN for the way they went above and beyond.
