「There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. 「Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day.
