Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
"We were assigned a handicap room and it was very 1 star if even that. Hotel had a weird smell. We asked to move to another room and would pay extra but we were told that since we booked through. 3rd party they could not help us. We left and checked in a nearby hotel and it was 10000x better."
