"The handles on the jetted tub were loose, the room was always cold no matter how much the heat was turned up, there were cracked tiles in the ceiling of the shower. As for parking, there should not be a parkinb space right in front of the room's doors that will shine into the room, possibly interrupting guests sleeping. "

"The lady named Sydney is truly wonderful—she is kind, approachable, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Juan, was quite the opposite. Just about perfect!

"Beautiful room! Super comfortable and quiet, except when the heater turned on. We were in a corner room, and I don’t know if that made the difference, but the heater was really loud and made clicking sounds when it was on. We slept good, but it was louder than what it should be. The shower was amazing and the water pressure! Other than that it was wonderful. And we will be back. "
