"Check in was over 2 hours. Water park was a lot of fun for kids. Free breakfast was a joke. It was all cold cereal in a bag and granola bars, and not a lot left when we got there to eat. The restaurant told us the pizza over was broken at 8pm on a Friday night I feel bc of short staffed. Rooms needs updated. "

"The hotel is beautiful- the woodwork details in our room and the tile were lovely! A major inconvenience in the rooms is the lack of shelving... nowhere more than a ledge to to set any luggage and the bathroom has nowhere to set toiletry bag/hot tools/clothes for after your shower (there isn't even enough sink vanity top to utilize). The food from Mulberry Street Tavern was delicious, but the service was shockingly slow and inattentive. We had similarly odd experiences with the hotel staff. It...
