Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbor sometimes (ours was playing music, but it was during the day, so it was fine.) Towels are in the front, you can ask them there or room service will bring it to you. Cleanliness was the only thing off, our curtain had weird stains on it but it was not a deal breaker.
