"Great staff"

"Great and lovely hotel. Two things that could improve on which are, better firm beds and parking. We paid $50 for overnight parking in the Walkway garage. Other than that, love the staff and accommodations."

"A nice place downtown, and a bit more understated than some of the others. It's in an older building that's been reworked as a hotel, which can make for some cool spaces. Be sure to get a room down the hall from the elevator, as the outside floors are old and a bit squeaky, but the rooms themselves are nice and peaceful."

"The room was nice. Unfortunately, there was a draft coming from the window. We would have reported it, however there was rarely anyone at the front desk. The staff, from what we could tell, was pleasant. However, they seemed surprisingly understaffed. Not sure if that's a budgeting concern, or if no one wants to work there. The worst bit was the buffet. Probably the worst breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. Honestly, there was nothing there. No eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc. The...

"Excellent as always with the exception of the music. Until the bar closed at 1 am you could hear and feel the base vibrations. There also needs to be a sign posted next to no smoking to include Marijuana. It reeked in the hall. Very nice otherwise "

"Check-in was seamless, it was a nice place to stay...but it would have been nice if the parking lot had been plowed and the entry/exit at the road was plowed up and cleaner to enter/exit."
