The person next door to me woke up at 4:30AM to use the bathroom and shower and it sounded like the person was literally in the room with me. It kept me awake and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Other than that, it was a nice stay! "

Their attention to problems were prompt and they were friendly and apologetic. It was great customer service and made us feel like we were more than just another check in to them."
