"Great location, really welcoming front of house and nice team working at the Renwick. Bonus is the complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings from 7-10am plus bottled water in room & a water station in the gym to refill your water bottles. We were on 6th floor and got a comp upgrade too which was just so nice. Bed was super comfy and slept so well. very quiet, didn’t hear any noise from the street which is so unusual for New York. We did need to ask to get our room hoovered but they took care...

"I loved everything about my stay at Virgin Hotel. I only stayed 1 night in NYC. It was convenient to everything, 3 dining options within the hotel, friendly staff. My only let down was we wanted to extend our stay for an additional night (we didn't want to leave😂😭.....and they were totally booked!!! I definitely understood why!!! Lol ..I'll be back in January though!! "
