We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear...

「I jus love this hotel! The hotel is located like 10mins walk from bus station and old town. The reception desk could not be more helpful. Once we got into the room and we were surprised by the decoration inside. It was modern and clean which jus made us to stay for one more night. We had two dinners in the hotel and it was fantastic, the price and the taste and everything they could possibly provide was just the best!」

「Everything was literally perfect, especially the breakfast with buffet style was the BEST I’ve ever had before!!! We were completely amazed. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the transferring service from the main island, the exact destination of the ship was not written, and we took the wrong boat in the beginning.(the first boat that we were waiting didn’t come on time and we were confused, later on everything came on time)」

「Great Property, located very close to Rovinj Old City. The host and his wife made us feel at home as soon as we got in and gave us great tips on getting around town and eating. The apartment has all amenities that you would need, including parking for your car, the beds and sofas are very comfortable and you can ask the hosts anything and they are most willing to help. Thanks Branko and Yasna for making our stay in Rovinj and Apartment Bella a memorable one.」
