「This is our second stay at the Yotel, and it's great value for money. It's a little tight for any more than two, unless you have small kids then it's perfect, but they do a good job at maximizing the space. 「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「We had a great time. One of the toilets in the unit does not flush correctly and requires two flushes every time. They need more dishes. Only 4 coffee cups! The electric oven needs repair the thermostat does not work. I have stayed in this unit at least three times in the past. Never a problem before.」

「Nice place to stay in Park City. The property is slightly dated but provides everything you need. The bed was comfortable, amenities were plentiful, and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that the wood provided for the fireplace was super wet and wouldn't light. 」

"The curtains in the room could not be drawn up. The lights outside were on at night, and the next day dawned very early. For people with sleep disorders, it was impossible to sleep! We informed the front desk manager that night, and he said someone would come to fix it. But he didn't come until midnight. We went downstairs again in the early morning to ask, and the front desk lied that the repairman had come, but now he was off work and couldn't fix it. We didn't sleep all night! The front desk was very indifferent, and didn't try to solve the problem. He just said "sorry" coldly."
