"First they were accommodating with us showing up a day late due to an accident in the canyon. The person at the front desk was super kind, very engaged in conversation. The room. Well thats where the good vibes ended. It smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedding was dated and felt dirty. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. There was a used coffee pod in the maker and the pot was crusty. Dust on the top of the lamshade. It just felt grungy....

"The hotel was undergoing lobby remodel and walked into construction and we were very confused. The free breakfast wasnt as we wanted, and was grab and go. BUT, the staff was very apologetic and accomidated us with amazing service. The lobby will look great when its finished! Our kids swam in a very clean pool, the rooms were very clean and quiet! After the fact, We had a great stay and would stay here again!!"
