Even though they were renovating the first floor area our room upstairs was very run down. Tears in the carpet, sheets were stained and metal protruding from the bed frame.

Wifi was out for most our stay which meant that we didn’t not receive key cards until way later in the night. There was non existent breakfast. And remodel made it uncomfortable to traverse the building. When we asked for some sort of discount it was flat out denied.

Property was being remodeled - no lobby or breakfast. They handed out a frozen breakfast burrito and a fruit or watered-down juice. How 'bout some pastry? And why not let us know at booking time? TV didn't work and no staff was available to help. WiFi was down in the morning. Got 6" of snow overnight - walkways weren't shoveled as of 9 AM!
