"The staff especially the Bell people were super nice and always offering help and smiles! We loved the walk ability and ease of public transportation. There are several great restaurants close as well. Older historic buildings are harder to maintain."

"I think this is a great place! This was my second time staying there. Although, I do feel that parking prices/services could be explained a little better by their staff. Other than that, the room and stay was lovely."

"We got to check in early to our room , we came in extra early and they allowed us to stay in the downstairs lounge until our room was ready . The location is very central ! We walked to the Bean , Willis Tower, Naval Pier , train is close . Think we made a great choice "
