"Not sure why the negative comments. The place was really nice and clean our room was big and clean. It was less like a hotel room more like a small apartment. All the amenities you need for a weekend getaway. We got a place With a large bathtub which was a plus! The pools looked like so much fun because the are hot springs, we didn’t get to use which bums me out but they looked busy everytime we passed by. Definetly a great experienced. "

"We stayed at this property for two nights in July 2024. Tahoe had been experiencing a heat wave, so I wanted to cancel a week before arriving. Karen (the owner) made it clear that wasn't allowed. This property doesn't have air conditioning and is very old and dated. In our particular townhouse the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, upstairs floor is very noisy when walked on, rooms did get very warm and uncomfortable despite the 70 degree weather. The street noise was annoying as big trucks...
