"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs."

"They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

Enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay in Glasgow.

"I had an overnight stay at the Motel One in Glasgow City Centre. The hotel in ideally situated across the street from Glasgow Central Station and 15 minute walk from Buchanan Street bus station. The hotel’s public areas are well furnished. The room allocated was small but fine for a single occupant, clean and comfortable. Tea /coffee making equipment / supplies provided. The breakfast provided was very nice. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if visiting Glasgow. "

"Highly recommended and it will be my hotel of choice when visiting Glasgow which I do a lot. Great location in Merchant City, very funky and modern but also chilled and welcoming. Rooms are modern. The cafe are is excellent and the breakfasts and food choices are superb. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great open are on the ground floor with a pool table and ping pong table and plenty of places for those who need to work on their laptop. I will be back for sure."
