The bathroom was very clean but tired...although well scrubbed. The breakfast was plentiful with fruit, cereals, pastries, meats, cheese etc We didn't eat evening meal but it looked OK, but we went to old town Brive for a look around. Overall excellent stay and especially considering the low cost."

"We spent 2 nights at Spalazen over New Years. The apartments are nice, very spacious and of course the hot tub is an awesome addition :) the service is top notch and very friendly. I’d recommend for a peaceful, lazy getaway. We stayed in cabin #1 and the only thing I would say is there’s a few things missing that would have helped us out. We were in our camper van so luckily could grab these extras! It’s a self catering lodge but meals can be provided for too if you like. - no soap in toilet....
