「The staff were lovely. The room smelled terrible. Something fragrant had been used and it made us all feel ill. Couldn’t find a plugin or anything but I could not sleep and developed a migraine. The smell started to become quite sour underneath the “fragrance”. Also the floor was very dirty. Burger was good but boneless wings made my husband ill.」

「Check in was very strange and not welcoming- the woman at the desk did not say anything to me other than to ask my name- no welcome not even a hello. She didn’t ask to see my ID or my credit card. 「The bathroom had broken tile and missing grout. The shower had built in body wash, shampoo and conditioner but 2 of the 3 didn’t work even though I could see they were full. The lock on our door kept making noises. The people above us had children they allowed to just run back and forth and you could hear every footstep. It kept waking up our 7 month old. The TV kept glitching. 」

「Pros: The resort property is vast and beautifully scenic, perfect for leisurely walks amidst the snow. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious and convenient breakfast. 「The lady at the front desk who checked us in late at night was super friendly and kind! The rooms were just a little dated. There was definitely more noise near our room due to location of being close to the main stairs. Lady checking us out was a little less than friendly but overall stay was fine for our quick stop!」

「The only reason i gave 4 stars is because of the staff. One of the best and friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. I might come back another time just because of them. Cleanliness is a different story and it’s not even staff’s fault because it looks like a lot of carpet needs to be replaced- in the elevators and the room. 」
