「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「It was not obvious from the website, but this is a shared apartment in which two groups of travelers (my room had beds for 3) each get their own bathroom, but you have to go into the common space to get to your bathroom and there is only one (big) common space for the whole place. It worked out for me as there was no one else there while I stayed, but it would have been very awkward to have a stranger there with me. 「We enjoyed our stay at 051. The location is great, and most of all we liked the staff. Very helpful with directions, suggestions, and getting us a taxi on the way to the train station. 051 is in the center of the city, so there will be noise at night, which is not the fault of the B&B, but it is appalling apparent. As others have mentioned, breakfast was lackluster. Bring your own shampoo! Overall, the staff and location are the best part of this place!」

「Abbiamo pernottato a gennaio. La stanza ci è stata data in perfetto orario rispetto quanto pattuito con la gentilissima responsabile. Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla staizone, tra via delle Moline e via Oberdan. Pulita, silenziosa, calda e moderna nell'arredo. Dovessimo tornare a Bologna per qualche notte sicuramente considereremo nuovamente la struttura! 」

「Beautiful room in a beautiful old building in the south of the centre of the town. Quite a walk from the station but covered mostly by porticos. Lots of facilities, although when we arrived in torrential rain, there were no drying out options, the radiator didn't work and so we had to use damp towels both days we stayed. 「I really enjoyed staying at Casa Faccioli! I love being in the heart of the historic center and staying in a building that feels more like typical apartment living rather than a big hotel. The unit was beautifully appointed. Communication with Massimo was easy and he always responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Fabtastic location right next to the train station. Great communication with the Giorgi Homes / Wonderful Italy team via Whatsapp. The apartment worked perfectly for a shorter stay and the kitchen had basic equipment for cooking but no salt, pepper or oil though. 」

「The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable.」

"不是很好的住宿體驗, 大概半夜到達, 房卡打不開, 櫃台人員也解決不了, 試了兩三次, 奔波於房間與櫃台浪費時間, 最後才換房間, 房間設施陳舊, 床單與床也很差, 收費極貴, 不知道貴在甚麼地方"
