"Shower rod was upside down in room upside down and the curtain would not stay closed. Everything else was great! We borrowed tape from the front desk to keep the shower curtain closed."

"The only downside was the comfort level of the beds. Wished they were just a little softer but that varies person to person! The absolute sweetest staff! "

"We stayed here for 3 days while in town for some Christmas shopping and visit to the Ark Encounter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was quite large for our five person family, two bed and a very nice pull out. Breakfast was hot and refilled often. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. There was a brief water main issue but was resolved within a couple hours and we weren't affected."
