"The staff really make this hotel something special. Everyone wr met was kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we had two very had nights sleep, but this was due to four adjacent rooms being shared by a large familywho had no respect for other guests and allowed their children race screaming along the corridor unitl after midnight whilst the adults had a party slamming doors with loud conversations in the corridor. The hotel was very proactive and professionally dealt with the issue. We visited a well known hotel up the road and found the Park Royal to be a far better hotel! We would love to return and would recommend staying at the Park Royal"

"Beautiful and comfortable hotel, with good service and good location on the waterfront. Rooms are large. We will definitely stay there again. Enjoyed the pools and the work out room."
