Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. While the hotel is located a bit further from the train station, the convenient transfer service provided by the hotel made it incredibly easy to get to and from, eliminating any inconvenience. The hotel itself is exceptionally stylish and beautiful. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the mountains.
