"I booked this hotel because it had very good reviews. My family and I arrived around 10 at night because we were driving in from out of state. My son had a track meet early the next morning, and we were really tired after the drive. First, upon entering the hotel, well when I attempted to enter, the first set of automatic doors was stuck. They would not open. Another patron had to pry the doors open for me. Secondly, there was no one at the front desk; no bell or anything to alert staff if...
