"Outstanding place. The staff and service so friendly, warm, hospitable, and professional. Michael and Rosie a great team. Graham and Valerie awesome. I enjoy History and Galveston oozes it. And the George Manor appreciates it as well. A few hints of Civil War on the property. The food was outstanding b/c I gained 10lbs!... We hope to be back for afternoon tea. "

"Beautiful spacious and inviting classic house! Our hostess was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was “The Preacher” and it was outstanding. Very large, comfortable with an incredible bed and a 7 foot claw foot soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious! Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, juice and coffee. "
