"My three main issues with this place are that, AC is controlled remotely so I couldn’t change the temperature of the room. Secondly I didn’t like that all the soap facilities were empty on my first day and finally I hated how i had to choose between charging my phone overnight or having the light off. "The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."
