Service was polite and we called to informed them as the flight was delayed at Taipei so we also missed the HSR but they was grateful to wait. There is a 7-11 store nearby so very convenient. Breakfast selections are limited but good enough for the price that we paid. Laundry is free with powder provided, only need to pay for dryer...
