「This is a perfect mix of boutique hotel and vacation rental. Interior is modern and clean, with lots of space. High end finishes, and very comfortable. The wellness deck is very nice, overlooking the sound for great sunsets. Our suite was adjacent, with a small private deck. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This was a perfect base for exploring the area, and then come back to a comfortable and clean cocoon.」

「We loved where we stayed. Had a front porch, back deck and a sitting area on dock overlooking the bay and could see the light house. We were able to walk to most stores and resorts. So Enjoyed it!!!」

「An older motel, but in excellent condition, the Cape Pines has large updated rooms paneled in pine. The bed was very comfortable, the furnishings attractive, and the manager even called to make sure everything would be ready when we arrived. 」

「A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. 」

「Room was not fancy, but comfortable. Friendly staff. AC worked well and silently. Everything was clean. No maid service, but that didn’t really bother us. Kitchen was adequately equipped for 2 people. If you’re bothered by morning light, bring eyeshades because the shades and curtains in the room don’t block light very well. When we were there (off season), it was very quiet, but it’s on a marina with a lot of fishing boats, so in high season there might be some noise from those in the early...
