"This property was fantastic. It was clean and had eve dry thing we needed for the 4 days we were staying there. It is a 30 minute walk from old nice, however it was very close to the beach and the walk is beautiful. "

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "Amazing location located not too far behind the Monte Carlo, and for the same price as a hotel, you get a studio apartment. The breakfast was pretty good too and, while expensive, is likely a cheaper option for those eat a lot. The wifi was great at times and terrible at others, but I suspect that was somehow the fault of my devices since it worked perfectly at times."
