"Great location! Less than 5 mins to Augille du midi cable car and Town centre. Lovely hotel with great facilities in communal areas .. games, lounge / bar / dining .. kids area & small bowling lane. Saw adverts for spa facilities but only stayed one night so didn’t investigate. Great selection at breakfast. Room was spacious & clean - Mountain View’s were breathtaking. Good glazing meant no disturbances from outside. Would have liked to have had a body lotion in the bathroom, but by no means a dealbreaker! Nothing too much trouble for the staff who I had interaction with and all spoke impeccable English - my French is limited. I don’t ski, but a couple checked in before me & were offered advice on rentals & ski storage within the hotel. Great information available for those wishing to ski & resort buses pick up just outside the hotel. The coach pick up point for transfers to Geneva airport & beyond was at the end of the hotel block. Would definitely stay again if in Chamonix. "

"This hotel is a few minute walk to the train & bus station. A 5 minute walk gets you to the edge of the old town. In between you can find a cinema on the other side of the park and lots of shops and bistrots to choose from. The staff is professional and will help guide you to usual tourist destinations or assist you to get a drink in the evening in their small bar area. The lobby, breakfast room and rooms are modernized. The rooms seem ample for EU standards. I didn’t have breakfast there but it’s 12 euros as of March 2025. I’d definitely return if I’m in town again. Many thanks to Marie for her help at the front desk during our visit. Do visit the lake if you have time. We walked along the lake to the edge of the town of Sevrier and enjoyed the change in mountain vistas as we got further from Annecy. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. Welcoming staff. Parking was a breeze with spaces for EV. We had wine in the bar and dinner at the restaurant. All was wonderful apart from the weird bread/butter situation where we had to ask for another butter stick and plate/knife (is this a French thing?) Room was exceptionally fitted. The only thing not supplied was body lotion! Fabulous shower. Location excellent as the old town is a short walk away. "
