Perfect and affordable stay
Room in beautiful house on beautiful property! As long as you buy-in to the communal aspects/respect of the house, you will love it. Perfect base while visiting child at Ithaca College. It was immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The property manager does a fantastic job. Would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Yellow Barn Estate! Everything was clean and convenient! I could come and go and didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone. The room was comfortable and the amenities (I.e., being able to use the kitchen) were convenient! It was just like a bed and breakfast, but you made your own breakfast! The location was perfect for what I needed for my trip!

An absolute gem in the middle of the woods. So overwhelmed by the work it took to make this place the coziest and warmest place you could ever wish for.
