"It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. Cabin sleeps 4 but dining table has only two chairs, to eat we had to bring inside a patio table, the coffee table was a...

The only BIG negative is that they don’t post anything on either their website or hotels.com that you can’t drive your car to the tent but you can rent a golf cart for an extra hundred fifty. Or they can transport you and your luggage to the tent and are available to transport you to and from your car, but only during business hours. "The views from our cabin were wonderful and perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The cabin was clean and comfortably furnished, better than the pictures. It is a bit of a drive to Fredericksburg and local attractions, but to us it was worth it. The proprietor is a lovely person. We would definitely stay again! "

"Paul you are a great host with getting us to our weekend cottage, everything was exactly the way you explained. we didn't need anything because it is such a great setup. we will definitely be back for more visits. The cottage was super clean, the private hot tube was amazing. very peaceful and quiet, and dining on Main street was a straight 12 minute drive down hwy 87. thank you for the memories!"
