"I loved that I was able to drop my bags off and get an early check in. Very convenient. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. I found free parking just 2 blocks away. The checking in process was fast and no hidden fees. When I needed something it was sent to my room right away. I didn’t leave my room until 10 minutes after check out and the front desk wasn’t calling the room rushing me out. When I got downstairs they completely understood and made no issue about it. My only dilemma was my bathtub had some stains in it. Also my food delivery wasn’t able to deliver to my room. Other than that I enjoyed my short stay. I would stay here again. "

"Lovely overnight stay to explore the city. Decor is very art deco and gorgeous. Rooftop bar was lovely. My only complaint would be the hallway lighting being poor. It was quite dark and made it hard to find the slot for the room key"

"This was such a nice place for us to stsy for our trip. Very clean and quiet. Check in was easy and we were greeted even when checking in at a late time. The gym was clean and not busy. Easy shuttle service to the airport. I just wished they had microwaves in either the rooms or snywhere on the property. Overall awesome stay! "

"Great hotel in a very central location. Subway line right outside, walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. From the door staff to reception and the cleaners every member of staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a great size. Huge comfortable bed. The view wasn’t great as we just faced an internal courtyard and essentially looked onto other peoples rooms, but the hotel did seem busy and had we paid for a more expensive room I’m sure we’d have got one with a better view. However, the fact we weren’t faced onto a busy street meant it was very quiet in our room. The elevators left a lot to be desired as there were huge queues everytime we came to use them, but this was highlighted on previous reviews and mentioned in the room welcome card that they are refurbishing them so hopefully within time they will improve. The only thing lacking was a refrigerator in the room. This could have been requested if we had a medical need for it, but just to keep drinks and snacks cool would have been very useful. They do have an ice machine on each floor which came in handy as a substitute for keeping drinks cold. All in all I would stay again and would recommend. "
